CRAM

We’ve all been there before: putting off writing papers for teachers or professors at the last minute.  Stuff your face full of what you should have read and then vomit it back up for some “scholarly” essay that your teacher probably won’t even read.

We do what we have to get a passing grade, right?  Enter the world of Cram, where studying just might get you killed!

"mysterious, quirky, and hits all the right beats to rise to the top of low budget offerings"

If you have ever been a student, then you know the territory of cramming.  Well, everyone except for Marc Lack (John DiMino), who is afraid he won’t learn anything if he crams all night in the library.  He’s right.  He won’t, but that won’t stop him from at least trying to write his own paper.  Of course, that’s only after begging his friends to help him out.

Marc’s not okay, though.  With his work ethic at an all-time low, he struggles to get the paper done in the library. Students come and go, yet he remains.  The hours and minutes tick by and he sits typing and reading and writing on the paper he should have been working on the entire semester, yet . . .

. . . something is off within the stacks and stacks of books in the library - especially when he wakes from dozing off and discovers that all his WORK IS MISSING!  Things are not quite right and the eeriness he witnesses and senses in the library - now that it is officially after hours - even gives the audience the chills. CRAM

All is not right here.

Cram is a solid horror film, which fills its time with humor and excellent cinematography from Felix Handte as the library reveals its true nature to Marc.  The film is mysterious, quirky, and hits all the right beats to rise to the top of low budget offerings.

Marc thinks he’s alone here.  He is not.  And he is seeing all sorts of spooky shit while he’s supposed to be cramming but how can he when his final paper DISAPPEARED!  Someone has to be messing with him, right?  Looking for answers and a way out of this nightmare, Marc is drawn deeper into the mysterious and enchanting stacks of books, watching as the library fills with dark shadows and disturbing images, reminding him of all the reasons why he should have done his work earlier!
