10/31 Part III

“The mummy walks at midnight!”

The frights are baaaack!  And with them a whole lot of fun, too.

Complete with a fresh set of fun faux trailers (The Slaughter, directed by Shawn Burkett, Night of the Halloweenies from director Jonathan Patrick Hughes, Radio Tower Road, directed by Jed Brian, Candy Killer by independent champ Dustin Ferguson, and A Strangers Treat, directed by Rocky Gray), 10/31: Part III kicks off the paranormal party in all the fright ways.  The laughs are intentional and the gore is quite expressive as the anthology series soldiers on for more tricks and a whole lot of treats this Halloweenie season.

"The frights are baaaack!  And with them a whole lot of fun, too"

That’s right, it’s Halloween time again, bitches!  And there’s a whole lot of loonies who have escaped their sanatorium cells, er, rooms.

Presented by horror host Malvolia the Queen of Screams and directed by Michall Ballif (The Witching Season series), Jacob Perrett (Weird Tales), Brad Twigg (Wrestle Massacre), Zane Hershberger (Force to Fear), and with music by Rocky Gray (The Barn), the latest installment hopes for a whole hell of a lot more victims as an enchanted mummy joins in on the spills, thrills, and kills.

Opening with a literal house of horrors, 10/31: Part III continues in the same vein as its predecessors, giving birth to new tales of the horrific with an emphasis on authentic settings which embrace the fall season.  The leaves have fallen; the pumpkins are freshly carved; and the air is crisp.  ‘Tis the season!!! 10/31 Part III

The first short in these 4 tales of terror gets things started as a couple, recently broken up, argue over their stuff, the house itself, and sets the audience up for a night where anything could happen and does, thanks to the man’s discovery of a thrift store which is closing.  And there’s a mummy inside.  It would be perfect for his House of Horrors . . .

. . . but it plays by its own rules, striking down all those who dare to do harm to its new master!

That’s right, House of the Mummy, directed by Michael Ballif, opens this third installment and, if I am being honest, is my favorite offering for the haunt.  Yet, the frights continue in the third installment of this Halloween horror anthology featuring monsters, mummies, madmen, gore and more!  The breakdown of the rest features director Jacob Perrett (Spine Chiller) discovering evil waiting in a couples’ new home in the Lock Smith, Brad Twigg (Killer Campout) showing audiences why you should leave your creepy neighbor alone in Old Man Gross,  and director Zane Hershberger (Force To Fear) playing with demonic objects in Hack-In-The-Box.  Each film delivers a surprising amount of laughter and chilling moments as Halloween is celebrated in all its gruesome glory.

The cast for this anthology includes Jennifer Nangle, James Morris, Jordan Beltz, DeRome A. Chretien, and Karlee Mihailov10/31: Part III arrives just in time for Halloween and will be released on September 29th from Terror Films
